Ambassador of Georgia held a meeting with the Archbishop of Finland Orthodox Church

On August 21Ambassador of Georgia Irakli Khutsurauli hosted Archbishop of the Orthodox Church of Finland, Elia at the Embassy.

Deepening the cooperation in the cultural and humanitarian fields were discussed. 

The Ambassador provided the Archbishop with the information about Georgia's rich cultural and spitirual heritage and underlined the importance of the centuries old traditional Georgian enamel icons that are exhibited in the Museum of the Finnish Orthodox Church.

Sides agreed to continue cooperation on various issues.
